All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled, amended, or refunded under any circumstances. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their order details, including the Bigo ID and contact information, prior to finalizing the purchase.Accuracy of Information
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all information provided during the order process, particularly the Bigo ID and contact details, is accurate and complete. In the event of incorrect or incomplete information being provided, Diamond Recharge will not be liable for any delays, errors, or issues arising from such discrepancies. No refunds or modifications will be made due to incorrect information submitted by the customer.Order Confirmation
Once your order is submitted, it is immediately processed, and the Bigo Diamonds will be recharged to the entered Bigo ID. As a result, we are unable to modify or cancel any orders once they have been confirmed.Customer Responsibility
